            Bluesound - Troubleshooting

            Troubleshooting



            If you are hearing commercials as a member on your Bluesound: 



            MAC/PC


            1. Open your BluOS controller application

            2. Select the "Player" menu at the top of the screen

            3. Select "Configure Player" > "Configure Music Services"

            4. Select "Calm Radio"

            5. Under "Enable Anonymous Use", click "OFF"

            6. Log in with your Calm Radio username and password and click "Update"




            Mobile



            1. Open your BluOS controller application

            2. Select the Main Menu at the top of the screen (the three horizontal lines)

            3. Select "More Music"

            4. Select "Calm Radio"

            5. Under "Enable Anonymous Use," click "OFF"

            6. Log in with your Calm Radio username and password and click "Update"
