              Still Hearing Commercials

              If you are hearing commercials even though you are a Calm Radio member, it is most likely because you are not listening from the Calm Radio app. When listening as a member on Sonos, you need to use only the Calm Radio app to avoid hearing commercials.


              Here's how to install the Calm Radio app: 




              1 - First, open your Sonos Controller software on your computer or mobile app

              2 - Look for the "Add Music Services" menu (make sure your system is registered with Sonos to access this menu)

              3 - Select Calm Radio

              4 - Log in with your username and password

              5 - If you don't yet have a username and password, please visit calmradio.com and click on the "Register" link

              6 - Exit this menu and go back to the Main "Select a Music Source" menu list

              7 - Calm Radio's blue app will now show up in the "Select a Music Source"

              8 - Open the app, choose a category then a channel and enjoy!





              DELETING AND REINSTALLING THE CALM RADIO APP




              Should you experience any other issues using the Calm Radio Sonos app, a simply delete and reinstall of the app usually solves the problem: 




              For iOS or Android: 


              1 - From the Sonos music menu, tap "Settings."

              2 - From "Settings," tap "My Services"

              3 - Tap "Calm Radio" and select "Remove Account." If you've added multiple accounts, make sure the correct one is selected before removing.

              4 - Visit "Add Music Services," and add the Calm Radio app again and sign in.




              On Mac: 


              1 - With the Sonos Controller application open, select "Manage" and "Service Settings" from the toolbar at the top left corner of the screen.

              2 - Select "Calm Radio" and click the "-" (minus) button. If you've added multiple accounts, make sure the correct one is selected before removing.

              3 - Visit "Add Music Services," add the Calm Radio app again and sign in.




              On PC: 


              1 - From the top left of the Sonos Controller application, select "Manage" and "Service Settings."

              2 - Select "Calm Radio" and click "Remove". If you've added multiple accounts, make sure the correct one is selected before removing.

              3 - Visit "Add Music Services," add the Calm Radio app again and sign in.
